    Leading the UI development, being the nexus between the front-end and product teams. I take care of the development and design through the workflow with a consistent architecture and language through all platforms, taking the users to interact and understand each part in simple and efficient steps to achieve their objectives. Building and making the Design and Development Team scale.

  • Sr. UX Designer - RedLink

    Sep 2015 - Sep 2018 | Buenos Aires, Argentina

    In September 2015, I worked on the UX team at RedLink. There, I brought new perspectives and UX solutions to the table, transforming the team into a new one. It's a big challenge to work with fintech products in our region. The role we have with the team as UXers is key to offering a simple experience, explaining the product with clarity, and making the user feel comfortable while using it. Also, it's a big challenge because of the variety of types of people we have. We have the result that we make the user understand the product and buy in the same flow through web mobile, desktop, or an app without a difference. I was responsible for building the team, conducting interviews, and hiring new UXers. Taking the initiative about the practices, I have also coordinated the execution of tasks, kept track of my peer's progress, and coordinated them with other departments like Marketing and Development. I also provided Product and Experience definitions so the team could execute the initiatives focusing on the quality of our products and the experiences in each one.

    In Jan 2013 I began my first steps into UX Design. The way I discover how I can explain and ask a person how I feel and the perception about the product we make, makes me click over my way of thinking. I began there my journey of what I want to create and how. Here I was in charge of creating and developing the requirements as a cross-full-stack designer, from making the sketches to coding in HTML and CSS every part of the app. The most grateful experience I got from there was designing a domotic & POS app for the 1828 smart hotel

  • CSS Conf organizer - Argentina

    2016 to present CssConf

    I am part of the team that founded and organized the CSS Conf in Argentina, organizing the 2016 and 2018 conferences. Executing and keeping track of every part, I organize every part of the schedule, take care of every speaker, and introduce and contact every sponsor. Being part of the Management team we orchestrated the logistics of the event with over 600 attendants, 22 speakers, and 80 volunteers. It's a gratifying experience.

  • University professor - Web design & development

    2017 to 2018Davinci

    As a University professor, I was in charge of the daily activities regarding the classes, working on theoretical content and practical activities about how to begin developing a website so our students could start taking their first steps in IT industries.
